I can not say enough about the library. It is one of our favorite places to go and in a time of frugality it offers so much for FREE. We generally spend a good amount of time in the children's section but today she was quick and decisive. One of her choices was a book on CD - Marsupial Sue. Books on tape / CD are always a gamble, some are great - other are just eh - but this one is really fantastic.
It is narrated (sung) and has lyrics by John Lithgow and is so much fun. The illustrations are great too. Tonight before bed I let her listen to the book, which turned into five rounds of Marsupial Sue (in fact the song is still running through my head). Anyhow, I caught some quick video of her following along....
